I am moving from Chicago to San Diego and trying to find the best neighborhoods for me to rent in.
Things I'm looking for:
1. able to park my car (in Chicago there were many neighborhoods where parking was so difficult or expensive that owning a car didn't make sense)
2. able to play drums/music (so probably not in a dense high-rise)
3. not too expensive
4. close to fun, hip, young stuff (I'm a single female in my 20's) (I like unique restaurants, cool music venues, being near other musicians and artists)
5. close to the beach would be cool, if possible.
I know I probably can't have it all, just trying to get a good feel for what's there. Any advice??? Thanks!
