San Felipe Ave
"Nice residential street in proximity to healthcare services, schools, parks, and shopping"
This street has a nice feel to it - good family street, but also quiet for those retired or looking for a slower-paced lifestyle. You can often faintly hear baseball and soccer games being played at the nearby Alta Loma parks. You can smell the barbecues as well through the air. It is part of something of a residential street row with Altura and Clara streets, among others. Many family homes with kids, and it is easy and safe knowing kids can visit each other within minutes of their own homes. It is also a great place to be close to your children's schools at Alta Loma or Buri Buri. It has very close access to the local BART station and the Kaiser hospital, and it is within short driving distance of malls and restaurants, as well as a few supermarkets and convenience stores such as Pacific Super. I visit a friend who lives on San Felipe often, and the residents there are as friendly and respectful as anywhere. Great street to live on and visit.
