What are home prices like in Sauganash, Chicago at the lower, middle and top end of the market?

If you want a home in Sauganash be ready to pony up quite a bit of cash. Even the most modest places will run you over $200 thousand, probably closer to $300 thousand, and there are multi-million dollar homes here as well.

The average home price in Sauganash, Chicago is $500K. This is a very expensive neighborhood so all the homes are going to be pricey. At the low end you might be able to find a small place at around $200K, the high end homes can cost well over a million dollars.
