Scenic Oaks is tucked away behind Willow Creek Golf Course and Willow Creek Reservoir. This are is a new development area and lots range from $60,000 - $175,000. In a standpoint of just home style and affordability, these are a great fit. As for location this neighborhood is located in an area which does not have much for shopping, night life, transportation, medical facilities, or dining. A short drive is required to reach grocery and shopping and most likely a longer drive to reach your work destination. Although this area is not a busy residential area it is a beautiful area with the convenience of the reservoir and Golf Course.
