"Large Lots and Low Taxes!"
Ham Lake is a beautiful area just north of Blaine and west of Forest Lake. It is close to many amenities with shopping and entertainment options just minutes away in Blaine, Andoover and Forest Lake. For those who like wildlife, it is a beautiful community where you can see white tailed deer, wild turkeys, bald eagles outside your windows. Most homes are large lots of at least an acre. And it boasts some of the lowest taxes in the state.

A quaint city just north of Blaine. The main street through Ham Lake is Highway 65, which is the path to shopping, amenities and schools. Many residents have called this home their entire life. It has seen much growth in the past 10 years. A friendly place to call home.
