"Celebrities, Gated Communities, and a Pet Cemetary"
Hidden Hills really is appropriately named. I grew up in next door Woodland Hills and was oblivious to its existence until I was in my late 20’s. It is, however, more of a neighborhood than a city or anything too big. It is only about 2000 people, but many of them, from what I understand are celebrities.
There are large mansion like houses on the hills. Just about every house has a swimming pool and many of the streets are in gated communities, so it is definitely very exclusive territory. For all that, it really has a rather rural feel. As if someone decided to plop down a bunch of hyper-expensive homes right in the middle of farm country.
One of its stranger quirks is that it has one of the largest pet cemeteries in the country.
