"A conveniently affordable place to live"

North St. Paul is close to everything. It is easy to get to both downtowns, and many popular restaurants and shops. Now that they've finished the Highway 36 project, the town is much more walkable. I remain hopeful that the historic downtown area can be revitalized. A downtown like that is a treasure and one I hope the community fights to save.
Pros
  • Giant snowman
  • Wind power
Cons
  • Sad downtown area

"Extraordinary Small town in the cities"

Great neighborhoods with plenty of parks for the entire family. Summer time in North St Paul Downtown is great fun. Enjoy the cars lined up and down the main street on Fridays nights (June thru part of Sept) "History Cruzer", listen to a variety of music and come for the food. Also, during the summer months June- Aug there are Concerts in the Park and Gateway trail.
North St. Paul is one of 11 Minnesota cities to have a wind turbine to create clean, renewable electricity under the “Hometown WindPower” program. Not to mention the Awesome landmark of the Giant Snowman!
