"Beautiful Neighborhood also known as Tustin Foothills"
Known as North Tustin prior to 2005, Tustin Foothills is regarded as a census designated area and act as a community that is self-governing. This region is the biggest census designated area in all of Orange County. Maintained by a non-profit organization called the Foothill Communities Association, some of the separate independent communities that exist within North Tustin are Cowan Heights, East Tustin, Lemon Heights, North Tustin, Panorama Heights, and Red Hill.
The region of North Tustin has residents who earn a median annual household income of over $95,000. The people here are also highly educated where 95% of those who are 25 and above possess a high school degree or higher.
The children of this neighborhood attend schools that are governed by the Tustin Unified School District, which also serves the children in the City of Tustin. This school district is considered one of the best in the country when it comes to fast-tracked learning. North Tustin is also closely located to higher education institutions and universities. Some of these include the Chapman University, Santa Ana College, Irvine Valley College, California State University, Fullerton and many more.
