"A very small town east of Pueblo"
Olney Springs is home to just under 350 residents. Most of the population (71%) is white, while the next most common race is Hispanic (24%). The main industry here is public administration. This small down doesn't have much to offer in the way of shopping or dining, but to the west is Pueblo which is about 45 minutes away and La Junta is about 40 minutes away to the southeast. Fowler is only about 10 minutes away, and has a couple options, but not much.
The median household income in Olney Springs is $22,953 while the median average home price is $50,790. There is a 24% poverty rate in this town. This quiet little town would be nice for retirees or someone who loves the quiet, country life. There is vacant land around town which could be used for agriculture or farming.
