"Perry Park homes feel like remote foothills living"

Perry Park is a relatively remote community to the southwest of Castle Rock and west of the Larkspur exit off I-25. Perry Park is a hidden gem of roads and homes that twist up and hug the foothills boundary of the Front Range. Properties are big and the homes are really nice, the landscape is classic Colorado and a lot of the homes are also classic Colorado cabins. This is an ideal place to live if you are looking to be near the Denver/Colorado Springs area but still in a mountain property away from the city.

Perry Park Country Club is a large course that is just east of the Perry Park neighborhoods, the golf course is really pretty and gives the area a nice upper middle class feeling even before you see the big beautiful homes to the west. Most of the homes go for about $500,000.

There are many walking trails around Perry Park and Pike National Forest hugs the area to the west and south. This centrally located area gives the feeling of mountain living close enough to the cities of Front Range Colorado.
Pros
  • can commute to Front Range cities
  • centrally located
Cons
  • not much shopping options
Recommended for
  • Professionals
  • Families with kids
  • Retirees
  • Country Lovers
