"Comfortable scenic living"
I have some very fond memories of living in San Juan Capistrano. It was my favorite place to live. I thought it was beautiful, clean and just a happy place to live. The neighborhoods on the street I lived on were well kept, the people were always friendly and I remember how easy it was to make friends while I was there. In the last few years I’ve made it back to this city to visit the San Juan Capistrano Mission with my family and that was a wonderful experience. I love the accessibility to the mission and the historical value of the location itself. The gift shops have memorable souvenirs and trinkets to take home and treasure the experience. I have also gone back and stayed at one of the cities beach side hotels which offered beautiful amenities and was only a few feet away from the ocean. While San Juan Capistrano is one of Orange County’s farthest cities south which can be considered to almost be bordering into San Diego County, there is plenty to enjoy about this lovely location. I think it’s a perfect place to raise a family and I would hope to someday have the option of moving back to this beautiful city.

"Where History Lives"
San Juan Capistrano is an amazing community in the Southern Orange County that has been preserving the history of the Native Americans. The architecture of the homes and other buildings here has a resemblance of the Spanish culture. This city is the home to a wide range of housing types, all the way from those built before 1900 to 10 million dollar homes in gated communities.
The children in the San Juan Capistrano attend schools operated by the Capistrano Unified School District. They also have some Christian private schools and also have 2 private schools that go from the kindergarten levels through the 8th grade.
San Juan Capistrano is very well known for its Mission San Juan Capistrano and also for other points of interest such as the Trabuco Creek and the Los Rios District. The Mission San Juan Capistrano functions as a monument of the diverse cultural history of the state of California. This great point of attraction celebrates and acknowledges the Native American, Spanish, Mexican and European culture that has defined California to the wonderful state that it has become today.
Visitors to this Mission can enjoy a nice walk and be surrounded by thick green gardens, lovely antique fountains, hearing the sounds of old bells and looking at the worn out path. They could catch a glimpse at how the ancestors lived and appreciate all that they have done so we could enjoy the life we do today. The highlights of this mission are the Sierra Chapel, Padres Quarters and the Great Stone Church.
