"A quiet town along the I-70 corridor"
Seibert is a small town just half an hour west of Burlington and where there isn't much besides small homes and grain elevators. The town's population is a mere 181. This town lies just north of I-70 in an area of Colorado that is flat and can at times look unfriendly. The people in this small town, however, are anything but. They are a close knit community which takes great pride in their high school and their sports teams.
As is typical in any small Colorado town, both the income level and housing costs are below average. In the town of Seibert you can purchase an average median priced home for a mere $85,531. The median household income level is $34,507 here, which is also significantly lower than the state average.
Other than Burlington, there isn't much near Seibert. For any shopping or dining, residents must travel at least a half an hour. The majority of the people who call Seibert home work in agriculture and this is probably why the town has a considerably lower than average unemployment percentage.
