If you are an outdoor enthusiast, Zimmerman is the gateway to the Sherburne National Wildlife Refuge and the Sand Dunes State Park. Camping, horse back riding trails, beach, fishing, hiking trails and lots of wildlife is waiting! Zimmerman is also surrounded by numerous lakes for the fishing enthusiast. This has been a great place to raise children and now grandchildren! The location to Hwy 169 makes an easy commute to the suburbs and city for shopping and events.
