"Nice part of South Bay"
Just between National City and Bonita is where you will find Bay Terraces, an area sprinkled with town homes and single family houses, as well as apartment buildings.
This neighborhood is closest to the 54, with access to Interstate 805 to the West. Just Northwest is Paradise Valley Hospital, to the South is Sharp Medical Center in Chula Vista.
Public transportation in the area is good, with bus access along Paradise Valley Road and Woodman, to name just a couple of streets. Plaza Bonita is also located in close proximity to Bay Terraces neighborhoods.
Boone Elementary school, Penn Elementary, Bell Middle school and Morse High are some of the educational facilities in the area. Southwestern College is located in Chula Vista, just a short drive from Bay Terraces.
