"Quiet luxury living near the heart of the city"
One of the most beautiful and affluent neighborhoods in the city of Dallas, East Kessler Park may also be the very best kept secret in town. Since it was established in 1937, the area has been home to many of the doctors that work at nearby Methodist Medical Center. It boasts the city's first established homeowner's association and due to that fact, you'll see some of the finest examples of mid 20th century architecture in the city that has been meticulously maintained over the years.
Quiet, wide, tree-lined streets mark the entire Kessler Park area, a quiet urban oasis just southeast of Downtown Dallas. You can get in 18 holes anytime you like at Stephens Park Golf Course, one of the more scenic courses in the city. Dining and entertainment options are unlimited since most homes are less than a couple of minutes from Interstate 30, one of the largest highways that has links to the entire city. This is the perfect place to retire and enjoy everything the big city has to offer while not having to deal with a high crime rate, traffic, or noise most other Dallas neighborhoods have to deal with. It's also the perfect place to cruise and look at Christmas lights during the Yuletide season.
