"Essex Park"
The Essex Park subdivision is a small area on the north side of town. Because it is located near the boundary of city residential, it offers space with a slower neighborhood, as compared to working further in towards the middle of Rochester. To its west and south are many options for dining and shopping, closely related to your typical restaurants and large shopping centers.

- Close to popular restaraunts/dining/shopping
- Highway 52 easily accessible to drive south quickly
