"Nice Neighborhood for Tennis Lovers"
Freemont Park is North of 134 to W. Glenoaks Blvd. A smaller community in Glendale that features Freemont Park. The park is operated by the City of Glendale. It features 8 well-maintained tennis courts, and a nice playground. The West end of the neighborhood is home to nice-size homes with an array of architectural styles; Tudors, Spanish Colonial Revival, bungalows and many with additions. Prices range from $400 to $600 but mostly in the 4's. The Eastern end of the neighborhood is a mix of single family homes, businesses and apartment buildings. The location is great for a commute, but you will hear the constant hum of 134...especially the homes backing to it on Patterson Avenue.
Pros
