"Affordable, friendly, convenient"
Hillwood is a neighborhood north of Richmond Highlands and west of Aurora Avenue. The area includes a mix of single-family homes, including historic early century homes, 1950s ranch homes, ramblers, split levels, and contemporary/NW style homes. The area includes Hillwood Park, which is great for walking, tennis, baseball, soccer, and has a restored wetlands area. The neighborhood is close to several schools and is convenient to Aurora Ave. The area is walkable. Hillwood also is home to King's Schools and the Crista community.
