"Nice area for families with kids"
This area is very nice, safe compare to other neighborhood I lived. Great schools : elementary and high schools such as Beckman. The police is patroling and its presecence is reassuring.

- Shopping center, restaurants and movie theaters at a walking distance.

- Expensive houses ( 700K and above)
