Riverglen

Riverglen is a small but crowded neighborhood located in the greater Santa Ana area. This is a strictly residential area. There are no stores and no businesses along any of these side streets except for the occasional private business ran out of a garage. A lot of the houses are newer but on the small side. The roofs are tiled in a sequence pattern that can be found in the SW part of the U.S. Lots of older people live here which is apparent on Veterans day. The Veterans day parade that goes in and out on certain streets in Santa Ana always hits the Riverglen neighborhood. Part of the roads were reconstructed in 2009 thanks to a large grant from the Obama Stimulus which granted many roads throughout California including several in Santa Ana relief assistance. This is a hidden neighborhood that many of the non-locals wouldn’t know about because of it’s exclusive location.
