The Seberger Park and Roosevelt area of St Cloud is a wonderful place to consider if you are a first-time home owner or simply looking to down-size. Many of the homes in this area have been updated without compromising the original styles and amenities. Transportation is easy - whether you hop on the Metro bus, bike, walk or drive, you will find yourself at your destination in minutes.
