Breath taking ocean views are some of the things that make Townsite one of the best neighborhoods in the Oceanside area. The area is modern. trendy and filled with activities to please everyone. Surfing. shopping. strolls along the boardwalk and delicious entree’s in outside cafe’s are just some of the activities that will help pass your day. Townsite get’s alot of tourist attraction along the coast and hotels are very common sites. There is also a great zombie parade every year which can be a little creepy to outsiders but is all together very common for the locals. The surrounding area of Oceanside is also famous for movie attractions. Townsite is a great area to grow up in. Prices for real estate can be quite high. If you are looking to start you first home this is probably not the area but you can find some nice apartment rentals.
