"A neighborhood with great parks"
Utah Park is mainly an area with single family homes ranging in price from the high 100s to the low 200s. Most of the homes here were built in the 1970s and some of the designs reflect that time frame. Most of the homes here are well kept but there is the occasional foreclosure or less maintained home that causes an eyesore to the rest of the homeowners. This neighborhood has some great open spaces and good parks with a great indoor swimming pool. Just south of the neighborhood is a middle and high school, both of which are in the Cherry Creek School District which traditionally has very good standards and results.
There are a few restaurants on the outskirts of the neighborhood, such as Senor Ric's which has had great Mexican food for years (the Senor Ric's plate is awesome, but way too much food for one person). There is also a terrific hospital within the borders, The Medical Center of Aurora. While there isn't much shopping here, it's never far away going in several directions. Although the map doesn't show it there is a Toys 'R Us here which is only one of a few in the metro area. The roads in the neighborhood are generally pretty easy to get through, although Mississippi can get really backed up at times.
The one drawback to this neighborhood is the crime. It seems to get worse as time goes by, but there are certainly much worse neighborhoods. Overall I would say this is a good neighborhood for those who need less expensive housing and like to be near shopping and the highway.
