Where should I live? (Law School Edition)

Hey guys, I am planning to move to Seattle and will be attending Seattle U. I am originally from Miami, FL so it will obviously be a big change but I'm looking forward to it. I'm looking for a studio in a good area not too far from the law school. I'm 25 and will be working and going to school. I'd like somewhere quiet but not boring; when I do come up for air, I'd like to be able to enjoy my surroundings. If you can recommend neighborhoods or even buildings with cool flats/studios, I would greatly appreciate the help!
