Work in Georgetown, recommendation for where to live

My husband and I are planning on moving to Seattle in the next few years. His company can transfer him to their Georgetown office. Any recommendations for where to live where he wouldnt have to fight/encounter heavy traffic to and from the office? Thanks! Looking to rent. Im a runner so somewhere walkable/runable would be preferred.
