"An eastern lying neighborhood in Aurora with nice trees and a kept look"

Seven Hills is a neighborhood that is on the eastern side of Aurora. Due to it's location so far east there isn't the usual traffic that's associated with Aurora. Two of it's bordering streets, Tower Road and E Hampden Avenue, are major arteries and can get busy during peak times though. On the southern part of the neighborhood along Hampden are some restaurants, a movie theater, a sporting goods store, convenience stores, and music store.

Within the neighborhood are several churches, parks, and a small private school. The homes are all single family of average size. Most of the streets here are wide with plenty of room for parking if you're visiting a friend or relative.

For kids living in this neighborhood, the schools here are all very good. There are several parks here which are pretty good sized. The city is good about snow removal on the major roads but can be a bit messy on some of the side streets after a big snow storm.

Homes in this neighborhood have a median sales price around $175,000 with a median income level of $80,000.
Pros
  • Close to a lot of things
  • Easy access to E-470
Cons
  • Far from Denver if you have to commute
