What is crime like in SoHo, New York City?

Soho is pretty safe for the most part. There's crime everywhere in New York but Soho is always so packed, that's it hard for a serious one to be committed. There's just too many witnesses. It's not the safest neighborhood in the world, but I would never call Soho "crime ridden."
