"An area needing a makeover....extreme help!"
Situated in downtown this can be a "rough" spot to live or even park your car. The graffiti and what goes with it is a real bummer...Maybe ABC can do a new show called "extreme neighborhood makeover"

"Not a good place to live"
I don't understand how this was rated 5.7 out of 10 from 2+ ratings. This neighborhood is the closest thing to an inner city ghetto in all of Santa Rosa. While it does not have the crime rate as it has in the past, it still is a depressing place to live. Lots of gang members live here, and some of the houses are unkempt as well as the yards. However, there is a nice park (MLK Jr. Park), and it is very close to the Santa Rosa Ave shopping center, as well as other shopping destinations. Some of the houses are Victorian style so some of them are pretty cool. Other than that, not a good place to live and a bad place to live for families.
