"Great Pasadena Neighborhood"
This is a great neighborhood in Pasadena close to Pasadena City College and South of Colorado Boulevard. The homes are in the $500,000 to $600,000 range and square footage is usually 2-3 bedrooms for 1600 average square feet. The homes are a charming mix of Spanish Colonial Revival, Tudor and Bungalows. The lots are small and the area is densely populated. A great community for families.
