Just make sure you're not driving to Cincinnati during morning or evening rush hour times as I-75 gets very slow and back up in the Northern Kentucky area approaching the bridge into Cincinnati.

Cincinnati is about 45 miles away from Sparta. The roads are fast though, so you can get there in about 45 minutes.
