"Large homes in well maintained neighborhood."

Spence Avenue in Fremont, California is a beautiful neighborhood. The homes are large and although they appear to be track homes, they have been well maintained. The lawns and gardens are beautiful and well established. The street is just minutes from the Bay Area Rapid Transit station, Fremont Central Park and Washington Hospital. Great location to raise a family or buy your first starter home.
