my sister and i are moving to florida need advise on areas. please

have 5 kids total 3,10,12,8,and 16 years old. we need to know about area of schools parks recreation and good jobs. nice friendly neighborhoods. close to beach or driving distance not to far. grocery stores not to far away malls, movie theaters things to do for the kids.. also a area that takes section 8 housing voucher but NOT in the projects.
