Are there any local eateries in Staatsburg?

Yes, there is Portofino Ristorante in Staatsburg which is purpotedly quite good. They serve classic and contemporary Italian fare and have gotten accolades from the Poughkeepsie Journal, Zagat and Triple A. They have been there for eighteen years, so they must be doing something right.
