Are town roads in Staatsburg well-maintained year-round?

Are there any notable issues with potholes, dirt roads, poor winter weather conditions, and so on?

Again, we live in civilization jmicik. I'm not sure why you think we don't have services in Staatsburg. We even have running water and electricity.
