Yes, crime is very uncommon in Staatsburg. It's a small, peaceful hamlet and there aren't even many residents to cause crime.

This hamlet is well below state and national averages in every major statistical category, especially violent crime like murder, assault, and rape, and there are very few registered sex offenders in the area. I have never in my life felt unsafe in Staatsburg and I suspect residents feel the same way.
