What's the best pace to get a cup of coffee in Staatsburg?

Unfortunately there isn't really much of anywhere to get a cup of coffee in Staatsburg because local business is so scarce. Your best bet would either be to swing north to Rhinebeck or south to Hyde Park. In the latter I know that there's a Dunkin' Donuts and a Starbucks which are both of good quality, and in the former, there are several cafes in town.
