Reasonable to take a bike from Sunnyside (40th sub I believe) to get to Flatiron?
My son is from the West Coast and will be attending NYCDU in Flatiron. His goal is to get a job and get to NY by mid-late July. He is looking and saving now for a decent but affordable place to rent. Just in case you may know of anyone honest and safe who may be looking to rent a room, here's a little information:
He's a non-smoker, quiet, organized, clean, helpful around the home and stays out of drama. Loves animals. He has 4 years experience in cashiering and is looking for a job. He has excellent work history. He has great character references and is reliable.
