Should any parts of Sunnyside in San Francisco be avoided more than others?

Not really. Sunnyside doesn't really have spots that are a lot worse than others, but when you leave Sunnyside be careful with the Balboa BART (Glenview is touch safer) and stay off Mission when you don't have any business there. (Ocean gets a lot of action too.)
