"Terrific views"
Taylor Ave. North runs from the south base of Queen Anne hill, turning into 5th Ave. at the top. The avenue runs along the east face of the hill and has some pretty incredible views near the top of Lake Union, the downtown skyline, Mt. Rainier and the Cascade Range. The houses and apartments aren't bad, a little on the expensive side, but for a water view, what do you expect? Neighbors are friendly and like a quiet neighborhood. Traffic is minimal and is usually regulated to residents. Street parking is almost always available and the street is lined with blooming flowers and leafy trees, as is much of Seattle. There are a couple of schools in the area that have large playing fields and would be considered safe. Overall, a great place to live. Expensive, but great.

@SeaJen, what a absolutely false review ! Not sure if you actually lived here! You must be a leasing agent! It is noisy ! , crowded, at night filled with cars roaming around, shootings at the parking lot! No water views, no easy parking, Tour buses , many times a day, traffic Minimal?! Not sure about which part of Taylor Ave N , you are talking about.
