Are there any good fine dining establishments in Tivoli?

There are a bunch of restaurants in Tivoli, but I'm not so certain I'd call any of them fine dining. There's an excellent Italian place in Red Hook called Mercato, which might be the closest approximation to it in Red Hook. If you're looking for a true fine dining experience in Dutchess County, exhibit A is the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) on Route 9 in Hyde Park. That's a drive from here, though -- I'll say over half an hour.
