"A quiet neighborhood on the far northeastern border of Aurora"
Tower Triangle is a small area of homes which lies on the northeastern border of Aurora. Some years ago we had friends who lived here and at the time it seemed as if they were really far out of town. It is nice and quiet and close to some really great parks and a large sports park just to the south of it. The homes here now range in the low $100s to mid $100s range. Some of them have been here for over 20 years, although some are much more recently built.
The area has some nicely cared for homes but some look like they are in need of care. The area doesn't have any shopping real close and no real amenities to speak of. It's close to both I-70 and E-470 for ease of getting to many other areas of town.
This location would be ideal for someone who is looking for less expensive housing and works at one of the nearby warehouses or at the airport. It's peaceful and quiet, with some great parks for kids.
