Living in the Tri-Taylor neighborhood of Chicago - whats it like?

On a nice sunny day Tri-Taylor is absolutely gorgeous, with picturesque streets that are clean and fairly safe. I've enjoyed a few walks here before, and it's nice. It's reasonable priced as well, and the schools are good. Plus, it's close to the University of Illinois Chicago.

Tri-Taylor is a mostly residential area with gorgeous row houses. The close proximity to UIC, Illinois Medical District, and downtown - this area has begun to have an influx of new residents and new construction.

The Blue Line provides great transportation options. This area is on an upswing and it would be a great time to invest in property in this area.
