"University Park a place to call home ....."
University Park, “a town within a city,” adjoins Highland Park and is minutes north of downtown Dallas. The town’s name originated from its location adjacent to Southern Methodist University. Predominantly a residential community, University Park today is home to approximately 24,000 residents and is known for its quality housing in a variety of styles. The town is served by the highly respected Highland Park Independent School District, which is widely recognized as one of the best public school systems in the United States.
