Whats it like living in the University Village neighborhood of Chicago?

Living in University Village is a bit of a mixed bag. I like it because it's young and there are a lot of pretty girls in the area, but I know some people don't like how gentrified it is and how it seems a bit phony. This doesn't bother me, and the neighborhood is pretty safe, so I would definitely say it's worth a couple looks.
