"Best neighborhood in Oakland"

It is an amazing place to live. Eventually people will figure out that this neighborhood is only 15 minutes from San Francisco and still has reasonable home prices, in addition to it being fantastic. This neighborhood is the definition of community. Don't move here unless you are awesome! great place for dog walking and kid walking.
