"Secret, Quiet Woodbine!"
If you want no HOAs, and room to breathe with no traffic... Woodbine is for you. This is not a townhome community. This is a single family home with at least an acre community. Beautiful scenery! There are only a couple restaurants but they are all pretty great! Mt. Airy is a quick 10 minutes for the big shopping needs that can't be met at the grocery store, dollar tree and lawn and landscape place. Old town Sykesville and down town Mt. Airy are both within 10 minutes for you night out or Saturday shopping fun.

- Internet access can be tricky in some of the older areas.
- Occasional power outages with down trees - but rarely last long.
