Single family homes. Few rentals. Convenient to most major arteries. Great weather with mucho sunshine. Good nearby restaurants, libraries, schools K-12, colleges, hospitals, dentists, shopping malls, sports stadiums,etc. Many retired people. Very, Very safe.
