"Keeping it all in the family in the Niles neighborhood"

The Niles neighborhood is able to retain it's small town feel despite being located in a decent sized city. There is plenty of history and diversity in Niles, which makes me fall in love it with the neighborhood and area everyday. I am not being cliche when I say that. I am an art major and I love art community and the annual Niles Art Walk that is held every year. This area is home to some of the first move production companies which helped launch the likes of Charlie Chaplin and many others. They ever show silent movies on the Niles Canyon Runway every Saturday. This is a great area for the young and eccentric. It is also a great place to gear up your family and set values that will match the community. There really is a lot going for the Niles neighborhood. It is both a great place to visit and live in.
