"Best Buy in Cincinnati"
People should be standing in line to live in this neighborhood - but nobody knows us because we're tucked up in the woods next to Mt. Airy Forest, Cincinnati's biggest public green space. Raeburn is less than a mile from the interstate. You can get downtown in 7 minutes flat. In the ten years I've lived here I've never heard of a single crime and I walk the dog after midnight on a regular basis. This is a neighborhood that still has picnics and pool parties, attracts a diverse mix of people and we watch out for each other. Our biggest irritation is too many deer, obviously attracted by the way we take care of our lawns. We're 2 miles from some of Cincinnati's most innovative restaurants in Northside and Clifton, not to mention the Esquire Theater. Plus we're close to the hospitals and universities. The same house in Clifton or Hyde Park would cost you double.
Get in line, Cincinnati.
