Lived here when I first moved to the area. The appartmentsare very bright and airy and the amenities on site, pool, gym, etc exceelent.
Grea acces to freeways and light rail as well as the Oakridge mall with shops, bars, restaurants and movies.
Can be noisy esepcvially close to the pool.

Vizcaya is a great complex of townhomes designed in the mediterranean style with high ceilings and open floor plans. Average sq ft ranges from 2,250 up to 2,500, these are not your average townhomes! As such resale values are excellent.
The streets are treelined quiet and very relaxed with the front yards very well maintained.
The complex has great access to freeways, is minutes from downtown Campbell, with its bars, restaurants, cinemas, banks and markets. We also have a great local market Cosentino's literally on our door step.
The Cambell/Los Gatos trail is within easy access.
Downtown also has a farmer's market every Sunday morning and Music on the Green every Thursday eveningin the summer.
Have lived here for 9 years and absolutely love it!
